  • Actively managing the clearance process with publishers, rights holders, legal teams and third party clearance professionals.

  • Drafting, issuing, and filing certificate of employment, work for hire, and remix agreements to establish ownership of recorded works and deliverables

  • Coordination of approvals with all relevant parties for mixes and masters

  • Overseeing delivery requirements and ensuring masters meet necessary specs

  • Compiling accurate label copy elements including track listings, performer, songwriter, and production credits, and verifying lyrics for release across DSPs and physical formats, maintaining contractual compliance for credit requirements

  • Gathering, organizing, and archiving all final audio files from sessions, producers, mixers, and mastering engineers

  • Collection, verification, and maintenance of executed agreements across all active projects

  • Submitting composition registrations to performing rights organizations
